Body Smart
Her body rules and her five safe people. Real "Is this okay?" situations, practised until the safe answer comes quickly.

Three days. Live on Zoom. Real situations, real choices, and a girl who walks back into school knowing how to keep herself safe and stay focused.

Every holiday, our daughters meet new situations: a new phone, a new friend, a cousin who visits, a group chat, a teacher who asks for "a favour". Most of the time they decide alone, in a few seconds.
Her body rules and her five safe people. Real "Is this okay?" situations, practised until the safe answer comes quickly.
One simple way to decide when friends, phones or feelings are pushing her. She uses it on real stories until it becomes hers.
Her goals for the term, a routine that works, and a plan for the distractions girls her age face. She ends by teaching back what she learnt.
No long lectures. Stories, scenarios, games, and a workbook she fills in herself.
One fee, the whole bootcamp. It covers all three days of tuition and her reading resources (workbook), with replays included. When an age group is full, it's full.
Girls in boarding school can't log in every week, and they face the most on their own: dorm life, seniors, new friends, days without a parent nearby. The bootcamp fits into the holiday she's already home for.
On the evening of Day 3, Princess Irene Bangwell meets parents on Zoom for a one-hour session. You'll learn what your daughter learnt, what to keep doing at home, and where she can go next.
“First thing my daughter told her Daddy about today's session was 'I'm chubby beautiful'. I pity anybody that says otherwise! 😂
“My daughter learnt about standing up for herself and how to give a proper response as a princess when people call you names, without insulting them back.
“My princess said, 'Mum, are you sure you didn't talk to the teacher about me?' She's been singing 'I'm not a people pleaser but a God pleaser'.
“I had spoken to her about puberty, but she rejected it, saying not every girl will see her period. Hearing it alongside other girls has helped her accept it's a fact.
“I really enjoyed how we were taught not to be a people pleaser.
“My girls really enjoyed the class even though I wasn't at home. They told me they can't wait for tomorrow's class.
The Body Smart Girl Bootcamp came first. Girls came for three days and asked, "What happens next?" Our answer became the 10 Over 10 Girls Squad: a full year of Bible Study, Body Safety and leadership.
